4.1. Clients can communicate with 27Pixel regarding their tickets through the ticketing system. All relevant updates and responses will be recorded within the system.

4.2. 27Pixel reserves the right to provide updates, clarifications, and additional information related to a ticket through the ticketing system.

5. Payment and Billing

5.1. The pricing for services provided by 27Pixel is outlined in separate agreements or proposals. Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon amount for the services requested.

5.2. Payment terms and methods will be specified in the relevant agreements. Failure to make timely payments may result in delays or suspension of services.

6. Confidentiality

6.1. 27Pixel will treat all information provided by clients through the ticketing system as confidential. However, 27Pixel cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the Internet.

7. Intellectual Property
